1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise you from one visit to the next and to remember certain information, such as your preferences.
2. This website sets no cookies
Apart from the map described in section 3, this website sets no cookies on your device and uses no browser fingerprinting.
In practical terms:
- no audience measurement (no Google Analytics or equivalent);
- no advertising network, no social media pixel;
- images, stylesheet and fonts are all served from club55.fr.
The only outside resource on this website is the map on the Access page, described in section 3. Every other page is served entirely from club55.fr.
3. The map on the Access page
The Access page displays a map provided by Google Maps. It is displayed directly: when you open that page, your browser connects to Google's servers.
Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in accordance with its privacy policy. This concerns the Access page only: no other page on this website calls Google or any other outside service.
If you do not wish this, you can block Google's cookies in your browser settings (see section 4), or not visit the Access page.
The address is written out at the bottom of every page, and its link opens your usual navigation app, so you can find Club 55 without visiting the Access page.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can configure your browser at any time to refuse or delete cookies from the websites you visit:
5. The contact form
The contact form sets no cookie. How the information you enter is handled is described in our privacy policy.
